Family Newsletter/General

Hello to all of you!  I just wanted to let you know again how neat it is to have your kids in my class.  I really enjoy the conversations we have, as well as, all of the positive energy they all show.  It is so hard to believe that we are almost finished with the third quarter, and on the road to the end of the year.  I love the fresh air that we have been able to experience the last few days.  Rudy, my husband, is doing quite well and has been a stay-at-home dad since June of last year.  He decided to give up his job for the family which allowed us to move back to Rockford and be closer to family and friends.  He is truly amazing with our daughter Gabrielle! While not working, my husband takes care of everything at home, allowing me to spend time with Gabrielle.  He puts his heart into everything he does and I love him for it!  Just recently, we heard his brother will be deploying to Afghanistan, and will be leaving the week of March  14th with his Military Police Unit.  We wish him well!  Since Rudy fought in Panama and Desert Shield/Storm, they are very close and share many stories which help each other in difficult situations.  Gabrielle just learned how to bowl!  Her first score was a 73!...Hunter, my step-son who is ten, also just won "The Northwest Hockey League Tournament" by the score of 4-2, and Everette William, due on/or about June 7, 2010 is also doing well.

Here are a few pictures:  Gabrielle loves Monkey Joes and can even climb up most of the stairs to slide down by herself!  Our little girl is growing up fast.
